Growing up in a small rural town in Nova Scotia Canada, Dr. Williams experienced first hand the value of a skillful, comprehensive and compassionate family physician. She provides this same caliber of care to her patients each and every day.
Dr. Williams played NCAA Div I Golf while obtaining a B.S. in Biochemistry from East Carolina University. Her love for warm climates brought her to Grand Cayman Island where she obtained her medical degree from St. Matthew’s University School of Medicine. During medical school Dr. Williams fell in love with the Tampa/St. Petersburg area and as a result, completed her Family Medicine residency training at Bayfront Health St. Petersburg.
Dr. Williams is board certified in Family Medicine and is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians as well as the Florida Academy of Family Physicians. She enjoys international medicine and has traveled to rural parts of the Dominican Republic to provide medical care. Outside of the office, Dr. Williams enjoys attending various local sporting events, traveling, working out and golfing.
